There was a SW wind blowing giving ridge lift down the Cmwdu valley with gentle wave kicking off from the back bowl. The Oxford exped were here and made good use of the available lift with 20+ tows (thanks Clarkie). Once you got above the cloud tops there were great views across the Severn estuary to the South and a very inviting stack of lennies well to the North which were, unfortunately, too far away to reach. Best height of the day was from wave coming off Pen-y-Fan at FL124.
All in all a great start to the Talgarth wave season.
